By downloading, installing, or using Sprout – Baby Tracker & Log (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to the App published by Cartolinks (“we”, “us”, “our”) on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Subject to your purchase and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Sprout includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a one-time purchase of £5.99 (or regional equivalent), processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
No subscription. There is no recurring charge. You pay once and own the licence to use the App indefinitely.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their standard refund policies. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.
Future features. We may add premium add-on features in the future. These will be clearly labelled and require a separate optional purchase. Core functionality as described at time of purchase will remain available without further payment.
Sprout is a personal tracking and logging tool for parents. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical or health visitor care.
Feed logs, sleep trackers, nappy logs, growth charts, and nap predictors are organisational and informational tools only. They are not clinically validated. The nap predictor is based on general wake window guidelines and may not be appropriate for your baby.
If you have concerns about your baby's feeding, sleep, growth, or health, consult a qualified healthcare professional — your health visitor, midwife, or GP.
The poo colour guide is for general reference only and is not a diagnostic tool. Always seek professional advice if you have concerns.
All data you enter into Sprout — baby profiles, feed logs, sleep records, nappy logs, growth measurements, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. We have no server. We cannot access your data. See our Privacy Policy for a full technical explanation.
You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your data. Deleting the App permanently deletes all data stored by it. We cannot recover deleted data.
We aim to keep the App available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may release updates that change functionality. We will not remove core features without notice, but we reserve the right to discontinue the App with reasonable advance notice.
The App requires a compatible device running iOS 16 or Android 9.0 or later.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Cartolinks and protected by intellectual property laws. “Sprout” and the Sprout logo are trademarks of Cartolinks.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartolinks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change. We will notify you of significant changes via the App's release notes.
